Karle’s focus on appropriate technology enabled it to eschew the popular large glass and ACP facades and use special ventilated tiles imported from Germany. These special tiles reduce A/C running costs and noise pollution significantly.

The entire building is provided with central air-conditioning and also with acoustically enclosed diesel generating sets covering 125% of the connected electrical load with instant change -over switch.

The building has been provided with high speed broad band connectivity for communication & data transfer.

The entire construction is strictly as per ISI standards and NBO codes and is in strict conformity with local building Byelaws.
