Karle Group, with a track record of above three decades, entered property development through Karle Properties, its property development division. The company’s first landmark project was “Karle Premium” on Old Airport Road, Bangalore, in 2004. This project has been laid out in an area of over 100,000sq.ft. and has achieved high building efficiency that only a few buildings in the vicinity possess.

The second landmark project of the Group was completed in 2006 in Goa.
